This is an off-line set up system. There are personal experts for web and off-line set up. If you way to redistribute either of these experts in the set up for your own item or system, we recommend that you select the web set up system because it has a light and portable scaly impact scaly and usually establishing up faster. Wherever possible, Microsof organization indicates you use the Web Set up system instead of the Off-line Program for highest possible possible efficiency and bandwith useage useage requirements. 

This version of the .NET Framework functions side-by-side with the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 and formerly versions, but performs an in-place update for the .NET Framework 4 and the .NET Framework 4.5.

The off-line system can be used in conditions where the web set up system cannot be used due to lack of online availability. This system is larger than the web set up system and does not include the language functions. You can acquire and set up the language functions from here.
